Payment of fees for non-funded children
Fees are currently set at £5.20 per hour during normal session times.
Fees are charged half-termly and are payable in advance - you will receive an invoice for your booked hours before the start of each payment period.
Payment can be made by mobile phone, online banking, cash or cheque (if paying by cheques please add 35p per payment to cover additional banking charges) - details will be given on your invoice or speak to a member of staff.
It is standard procedure that payment will be made if your child is absent from a booked session. No payment will be due in the event of an unforeseen preschool closure (extreme weather conditions for example) and in these circumstances, if payment has been made in advance then it will be reimbursed.
